Solving Our Inner Conflicts

Changing our Karma – with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab

November 24th, 7.00 – 8.30 pm

Every day, we experience a variety of feelings and emotions, sometimes pleasant but very often unpleasant.  When we understand that our discomfort, worries, sadness and pain are all parts of our mind, we will come to realize that it is possible to change our negative mental attitudes into more positive ones.  With kindness and without guilt, the teachings on karma shed the light to dismantle all our inner conflicts through a process of introspection, guided by wisdom.

In order to lead our life in a happy, confident manner, we need to take responsibility for our experiences, responding in constructive ways rather than with self-pity or self-blaming.  Join us for this inspiring Public Talk for both Buddhists and non Buddhists.  Everyone welcome!
